Galentine’s Day Brunch

Gather your friends and join us for a morning of fun celebrating love and friendship for the benefit of New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Centers.

We will get the party started at 9 am at the Court Above Main in Historic Downtown La Crosse with coffee provided by Caribou Coffee, breakfast pastries provided by Linda’s Bakery and complimentary mimosa. You can get ready for the upcoming holiday with “Last Minute Valentine’s Day Gifts” and “Getaway Packages” in our silent auction and raffle.

Over brunch, you will learn and laugh with a presentation from New Horizons staff and humorist, Lisa David Olson. Before we say goodbyes at 11:30 am, Galentine’s Day Swag Bags will be given to every guest.

Tickets are available for $50 each and $500 for a table for ten people. Virtual tickets and tables are also available. Tables can be marked with business logos or a group’s name. ALL are welcome to attend, not just the gals.

COVID19 Precautions: New Horizons is committed to providing an event that is not only fun, but is also safe for all attending. If you would prefer to attend virtually, please continue reading for information about that option.

  • Masks – Guests will be encouraged to wear masks anytime they are not actively eating or drinking.
  • Food – All food and drink is to be consumed at tables. Coffee and donuts will be available on each individual table for only guests seated at that table. Hot brunch will be served buffet style by volunteers in masks and gloves.
  • Wristbands – Guests will be encouraged to wear wristbands provided at the event in colors of green, yellow, and red. These wristbands will indicate a persons comfort level with COVID19. Green shows they are comfortable to have a conversation with you whereas red indicates they are not comfortable conversing with others.

Dress Code: Festive Dressy Casual – Show us your Galentine’s Day inspired attire! Guests are encouraged to dress for the holiday in pink, red, white, hearts, and flowers.

 

Valet Service: Available for all attendees with a suggested donation of $10. If you will be utilizing this service, please choose “Yes” in the Attendee Information section. Selecting “Yes” will not commit you to using this service. Valet service is limited. Free parking is also available in the Jay St parking ramp.

 

Virtual Tickets: Virtual tickets and tables are available.

  • Food – Virtual ticket holders have the option to pick up a “Breakfast Box” from 9:30 am to 10:00 am during the event in the alley outside of the Court Above Main. Virtual ticket holders must select the add on options when purchasing tickets for the number of boxes they would like.  Detailed information will be sent about “Breakfast Box” pick up prior to the event.
  • Program – The event program will be live streamed from 10:15 am to 11:00 am. A link to the live event will be sent to virtual ticket holders prior to the event.
  • Silent Auction – In person and virtual ticket holders will have access to the silent auction virtually one week prior to the event. Ticket holders will be sent a link to the virtual silent auction prior to the event. The silent auction will close at 11:15 am on the day of the event.

 

All tickets are non-refundable. If you have purchased an in person ticket but are no longer to attend the event for any reason, please contact Sierra at . Ticket cost will be considered a donation to New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Centers.
