One Final Opportunity to Qualify to WIN

Domestic Violence Awareness Month continues, and New Horizons has been raising awareness with a unique twist this year, giving everyone the opportunity to learn more about domestic violence AND giving three lucky residents the opportunity to win up to $20,000 thanks to the sponsorship and underwriting from Kwik Trip.

We already have our first two of three qualifiers. Madelyn Gustafson of La Crosse was drawn from those who registered at the kickoff events on October 3rd. Samantha North of Ettrick was drawn from everyone who took even one of the daily domestic violence awareness quizzes online over the course of 15 days. Both ladies will be joined by a third and final qualifier who will be drawn from entries obtained at the final event, where the contest will take place. It could be YOU! Wednesday, October 24, we will gather in the shelter at Copeland Park in La Crosse. Starting at 5pm, we will begin collecting registrations to be the final qualifier. We will have a domestic violence survivor sharing her story at 6pm. The announcement of the final qualifier will occur after that and the contest will begin.

All three qualifiers will each take a turn to reveal their prize, which WILL be either $100, $250 Gift Card from Kwik Trip, $1000, or $20,000–and ALL THREE could end up winning $20,000!
