4th Annual Dare to Self-Care
Mark Your Calendars!
Join us as we kick off DVAM with our 4th Annual Dare to Self-Care – an afternoon dedicated to healing, connection, and community.
October 4 from 12-4pm at the Hmong Cultural & Community Center
In the context of domestic violence, self-care is often one of the first things to disappear. This event is a powerful reminder that everyone deserves time, space, and support to care for themselves – especially those who have experienced trauma.
Dare to Self-Care is a free, community-centered event featuring:
- A diverse selection of local vendors offering handmade goods and wellness services
- Free self-care activities designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect
- On-site community organizations sharing helpful information about local resources and support
- Prize drawings to celebrate those who show up for themselves and others
Whether you come for the calm, the connection, or the cause – we hope to see you there. Bring a friend. Healing starts with self-care.
