New Horizons Outreach Center in Trempealeau County is celebrating 30 years of service to domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking victims.  In observance of this milestone, we are holding a raffle.

The winning ticket will receive their choice of $3,000 or choose or 1 of 3 amazing trips!
